Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Weiterentwicklung des Wissensmanagements auf konzeptioneller und operativer Ebene zur nachhaltigen Sicherung und Verfügbarkeit von Unternehmenswissen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Formaten für den systematischen Wissenstransfer, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Lessons Learned
  • Unterstützung und Optimierung des Onboarding-Prozesses sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Wissenstransfers an neue Mitarbeitende
  • Erstellung, Strukturierung und Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken, Wissensartikeln sowie weiteren Kommunikations- und Informationsformaten
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung digitaler Lösungen mit der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Identifikation von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Ableitung geeigneter Lösungsansätze
  • Begleitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Prozesse, Anwendungen und interner Kollaborationsplattformen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informations- oder Wissensmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Wissensmanagement sowie in der Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Power Platform, insbesondere Power Apps, Power Automate und Power BI
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
