What are you going to do

  • Unterstützung des Portfolio-Managements für Primärpackmittel einer Analysegeräteserie
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Anforderungsdokumente wie Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Lastenhefte
  • Bewertung und Umsetzung von Werkzeug- und Anlagenkonzepten gemeinsam mit Lieferanten
  • Begleitung der Installation von Produktionsanlagen sowie Validierung von Herstellprozessen
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams und Verantwortung für die Freigabe von Packmitteln auf automatisierten Produktionsanlagen
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Produkte zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Sicherstellung einer GMP-konformen Projektdokumentation und Unterstützung bei FMEA- sowie Verifikationsaktivitäten

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Kunststofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, Werkzeugtechnik und Automatisierung
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Erfahrung mit GMP-gerechter Dokumentation, FMEA sowie Anforderungs- und Designverifikationen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
