What are you going to do

  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen nach der Montage
  • Prüfung von Verdrahtungen, elektrischen und elektronischen Komponenten
  • Kontrolle der mechanischen Montage und Passgenauigkeit
  • Überprüfung von Software- und Firmwareständen
  • Durchführung vollständiger Funktions- und Systemtests
  • Prüfung von Parkautomaten, Kartenlesern, Druckern und Bezahlfunktionen
  • Prüfung von Schrankenanlagen, Sensoren sowie Öffnungs- und Schließvorgängen
  • Prüfung von Spurgeräten, Ticketing und Systemkommunikation
  • Durchführung von End-to-End-Tests, zum Beispiel eines vollständigen Parkvorgangs
  • Analyse und Eingrenzung von Fehlern an Baugruppen und Gesamtsystemen
  • Ermittlung möglicher Ursachen wie Montagefehler, Bauteildefekte oder Softwareprobleme
  • Unterstützung bei Nacharbeiten und Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfprotokollen
  • Dokumentation von Fehlerbildern und durchgeführten Maßnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Produktion, Montage und weiteren technischen Fachbereichen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Elektroniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Industrieelektriker oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ praktische Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Elektrik, Verdrahtung oder technischen Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Endprüfung, Produktion, Montage oder technischem Service von Vorteil
  • Grundverständnis für Elektrik, Elektronik, Mechanik und softwaregesteuerte Systeme
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Schaltpläne zu lesen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln, zum Beispiel Multimeter oder Prüfständen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Fähigkeiten in der Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung
  • Ganzheitliches und systemisches Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft, sowohl einzelne Komponenten als auch komplette Systemabläufe zu prüfen
