They have a prime role, whenever they are assigned the role of project coordinators, in coordinating with team members, multiple trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth-running of projects.
What are you going to do
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, monitoring, and controlling assigned projects to ensure they meet quality, schedule, cost, scope, safety, environmental, and energy requirements.
The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, project requisitioners, team members, production, and maintenance representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
The engineer must apply relevant engineering codes, standards, procedures, specifications, and good engineering practices, while supporting engineering reviews and site execution activities.
Responsibilities also include preparing project reports, managing cost control, supporting procurement and tendering activities, conducting technical evaluations, coordinating contracts, and ensuring compliance with COMPANY's Integrated Management Systems, strategy, policies, and procedures.
The role also requires leadership, team coordination, continuous improvement, and technical support for safe, efficient, and cost-effective construction execution.
Essential skills and knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
7+ years direct and relevant discipline experience in large EPCC Projects related to oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry. Experience in Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer Projects/Plants is an advantage.
