What are you going to do

  • Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Einholung, Analyse und Verhandlung von Angeboten sowie Optimierung von Einkaufs- und Beschaffungskonditionen
  • Verantwortung für die operative Bestellabwicklung inklusive Terminverfolgung und Mahnwesen
  • Reklamationsmanagement sowie Klärung von Qualitäts-, Liefer- und Rechnungsabweichungen
  • Anlage und Freigabe neuer Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Zertifizierungsanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Preis- und Marktanalysen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Beschaffungssituation

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Einkauf, Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt oder Techniker oder vergeichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf sowie Kenntnisse in SAP MM erforderlich
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Must-have
