What are you going to do

  • Sie führen eigenständig Einkaufsaktivitäten von Nachunternehmer-, Lieferantenleistungen im Bereich Baulogistik durch und wirken aktiv in der Angebots- und Ausführungsphase der Projekte mit
  • Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenbeziehungen werden durch Sie gepflegt und weiter ausgebaut
  • Die Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Kostensenkungspotentialen haben Sie im Blick
  • Die Einhaltung der durch den Zentralbereich Procurement vorgegebenen Prozesse und Standards gehört mit in Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Aktives Warengruppenmanagement (Warengruppenanalysen, Warengruppenstrategien, Abschließen Rahmenverträge) gehört mit in Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (Industrie, Baukaufwesen, o. ä.) oder technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf in der Bau- oder Facilitymanagement-Branche (mind. 3 Jahre)
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, persönliches Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fachwissen im operativen und strategischen Einkauf sowie gutes technisches Verständnis und Kommunikationsvermögen zur Gestaltung interner und externer Netzwerke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
