Coordinate Well Intervention warehouse activities, prioritize activities according to drilling sequence and other parameters.
Conduct QA/QC acceptance checks on all new equipment being received into warehouse.
Responsible for make-up and testing of completion sub-assemblies:
Keep on top of sub assembly requirements and ensure that sufficient stock is kept.
Issue CWO's and SO's as required.
Monitor and witness (spot checks) sub assembly make-up and test at Vendors to verify correct make-up and test procedures are followed.
Check all assembly sheets for correct data, i.e. Dimensions, Threads. Storage Preparation.
Check all dimensions specs against manufacturers description and that products are as ordered and fully functional.
Check SCSSSV, HCM's, Ball Valves, etc. are functional and pressure tight.
Ensure SAP workflows are done for the associated equipment movements
Visit contractors as required for pre-load out inspections.
Prepare/inspect equipment for load out.
Track all Well Intervention major equipment such that exact location is known at all times.
Inspect equipment returned to warehouse and arrange for repair and/or replacement. Identify missing equipment and chase up offshore locations for returns.
Maintain and improve "Action List Well Intervention-Offshore' allocating job priorities in accordance with urgency. Ensure list is updated as jobs are executed and that proper handovers are created by the Offshore Well Intervention Supervisor if jobs are still ongoing.
Ensure that all service equipment is maintained/serviced and within calibration and/or certification.
Set up and maintain a certification and testing program for all COMPANY PCE, not limited to but including MPI, Thread Inspection and Pressure Testing.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
Profile required: Extensive knowledge of completion and well Intervention (slick line in particular) equipment, technology and workflows.
Equipment requests and mobilization process (including SAP). QA/QC process.
Level and type of initial higher education: Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Technician degree
Number of years of relevant experience: 10 yrs in Oilfield - Offshore exposure 3yr min
Technical, personal and / or linguistic competencies: fluent English compulsory, Middle East or Asian language a plus
