What are you going to do

Als werfopzichter ondersteun je de projectleider op een industrieel bouwproject in de haven van Gent. Je bent de vaste aanwezigheid op de werf: je bewaakt toegang en veiligheid, vangt leveringen op en voert metingen uit in overleg met de projectleider. Een afgebakende halftijdse rol met directe impact op een vlot en veilig werfverloop.

Takenpakket

  • toegangscontrole: je houdt toezicht op wie de werf betreedt en controleert de nodige documenten (VCA, Checkin@work, Limosa, werfinstructies)
  • veiligheidstoezicht op eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers: je spreekt aan, stuurt bij en signaleert risico's aan de projectleider
  • aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers op de site: ontvangst, controle en afstemming van leveringen
  • opmetingen en controlemetingen (uitzetten, peilen, maatvoering controleren)
  • ondersteunende taken op de werf in overleg met de projectleider

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • werfervaring in industriebouw, utiliteitsbouw of ruwbouw, bij voorkeur als opzichter, werfleider of uitvoerder
  • vertrouwd met werfdocumenten en toegangsbeheer (VCA, Checkin@work, Limosa, LMRA)
  • VCA-VOL; ervaring als veiligheidscoördinator of preventieadviseur is een plus
  • zelfstandig met waterpastoestel en bouwlaser; ervaring met total station is een plus.
  • stevige aanwezigheid op de werf: je durft onderaannemers aan te spreken op veiligheid en blijft daarbij constructief
  • nauwgezet en betrouwbaar in controle en opvolging
  • communicatief en een goede schakel tussen werf en projectleider
  • Nederlands vlot; basis Frans of Engels is handig voor contact met buitenlandse onderaannemers en leveranciers
