The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the company's corporate planning process, managing enterprise-wide KPIs, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.

What are you going to do

  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of the company's corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
  • Facilitate annual strategic planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework across the organization.
  • Analyze business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and provide recommendations to executive management.
  • Drive corporate performance management, governance, and reporting to ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects and monitor execution against agreed milestones.
  • Support executive decision-making through data-driven business analysis and strategic insights.

Essential skills and knowledgeย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Excellence, Corporate Performance Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Strategy & Planning, KPI development, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and performance management systems.
  • Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, business acumen, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
