Construction Superintendent (Structural)

* Ensure the constructability of the design is consistent with established Project Engineering Drawings and industry processes and standards, effectively manage issues and resolution through strong interfaces with both company and contractor teams delivering full alignment of the Fabrication execution.* Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.
* Manages and ensures successful execution of CP Topsides structures fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).* To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Structure fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
* To assess the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance with all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.* To review deviations to LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.
* Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.* Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
* To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subjects, MC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.* To Participate in Risk Assessments, kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
