  • Focal for COMPANY owned intelligent Tools i.e. iTools (iView, iAcad, iAnnot, iPDf, iFiles, Etc.)

What are you going to do

  • HSE:
    • Support safety culture through participation in COMPANY safety initiatives such as Incident Free.
  • Main activities:
    • In-House drafting support (including review and validation) of multi-disciplines as-built drawings i.e. P&ID’s, Cause & Effects, Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire & Gas termination/connection drawings, Structural/safety drawings and layout drawings based on red line mark-ups received from offshore/onshore construction team and updating the drawings using 2D Autocad & iACAD with plug-ins of intelligent iACAD, iPDF, iAnnot, iOffice & iFiles.
    • Focal point directly in-charge for the update of critical drawings i.e. Cause and Effect, P&ID’s, Instrumentation and single line diagram As-Building using intelligent iAcad iTools.
    • Key User of iTOOLS Package Suites (INCITIUS)for iACAD iNCITIUS-installed software as COMPANY iTools specialist representative to provide assistance & answers to iTools register sheet with regards to contractors iTools (iAcad, iAnnot, iPDF, iFiles & iOffice) complex design issues, technical queries and trouble shooting.
    • Focal designer to maintain the legacy updates in TAS-Sharepoint with regards to the ADHOC RLMUs coming from offshore and then do the proper As-Building for proper upload into MANASA and iView once approved and completed.
    • Review the design drafting & as-building of multi-disciplines drawings done by Sub-contractors confirming intelligent autocad and its attributes are properly applied and properly generated from iACAD to iPDF and PDF to iAnnot COMPANY applications.
    • Validating, assigning, coordinating, and approving Tag requests by COMPANY contractors for Phusion Next Number Generator Tool to support in becoming a Tag Centric within Digital Environment in COMPANY.
    • Focal for approval access as EC-Tag Coordinator in Phusion Next Number Generator.
    • Assigning, creating & updating of engineering lists Tag number requests by contractors and validating/updating engineering requests in master lists in MANASA database software. Engineering lists includes Tag lists numbering, cable lists numbering, P&ID process line lists and drawing numbering lists for inputs to MANASA.
    • In urgent case for ABB and Siemens project, I am the focal to update Project deliverables for E&C instead of Contractor.
    • Lead focal to assign technical drawings for COMPANY Contractors supporting COMPANY-DCC regarding MDR requests.
    • Function as Lead designer supervising work of fellow As-Built designers in COMPANY and in contractor office.
    • Liaise with COMPANY Engineers and other Departments prior to approval of drafted As-Built drawings for uploading into MANASA.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Fluent in English
  • Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 15 Years in Oil & Gas industry projects.
  • Good knowledge of CAD/Autocad 3D/ iAcad/iTools Incitius, MANASA/iView & other similar Engineering software’s
  • Working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as API, ASTM, ASME etc, and recommended practices
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Co-ordinated approach to resolving problems in a timely manner
