We're building a pipeline of skilled operators for immediate and upcoming roles and are open to talent from all corners of Australia and New Zealand.

Whether you're chasing a clear temp-to-perm pathway or seeking a direct permanent position, we want to hear from you. With an hourly rate up to $79.17 and a streamlined, no-fuss recruitment process, this is your chance to secure a role that values your skills and offers genuine career stability.

  • Top pay: $70.83 - $79.17 per hour

  • Temp-to-perm and direct permanent opportunities available - pick the path that suits you

  • Flexibility on point of hire: mobilise from any Australian capital city; NZ-based operators are also encouraged to apply (mobilisation arrangements to be discussed)

  • Work with a reputable mining contractor on established WA underground sites

  • Ongoing, consistent work with the chance to go permanent

Essential skills and knowledge 

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 12 months' experience operating a bogger (underground loader) in a production mining environment, or a directly transferable skillset

  • Valid manual C-class Australian driver's licence (essential)

  • Dangerous Goods Security Card (essential)

  • Current First Aid Certificate (essential)

  • A strong safety mindset and ability to pass pre-employment checks

  • Willingness to work FIFO/DIDO rosters from any point of hire in Australia or New Zealand
