Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung des Unternehmens

  • Mitarbeit im Rechnungswesen und Controlling

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Erstellung von Meldungen und Auswertungen

  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Analyse und Klärung von Differenzen

  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Reports, Kennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen

  • Durchführung von Plan-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Unterstützung im Projekt- und Kostencontrolling

  • Überwachung von Kosten, Erlösen und wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen

  • Ansprechperson für die Kollegen für fachliche Fragen

  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finance- und Accounting-Prozesse

  • Koordination mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Fachbereichen

  • Stammdatenpflege sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Finanzprozessen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit (laufender)Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d)

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, darunter fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und der Bilanzierung nach HGB

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Business Central

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
