  • Emissão de notas fiscais eletrônicas.
  • Verificação de NCM e CST para correta emissão das notas fiscais.
  • Conferência dos itens para emissão de notas fiscais de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos.
  • Controle de remessas para conserto, acompanhando o prazo de 180 dias.
  • Controle de saldo das remessas e acompanhamento dos respectivos retornos junto a clientes e fornecedores.
  • Apoio às rotinas administrativas relacionadas aos processos fiscais e de controle documental.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Desejável experiência com emissão de notas fiscais eletrônicas.
  • Conhecimento em NCM e CST.
  • Excel intermediário.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa capacidade de controle de processos.
