What are you going to do

  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs, der Überwachung und der Verfügbarkeit geschäftskritischer Applikationen und Dienste
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Puppet-Konfigurationen, Modulen und Deployment-Prozessen
  • Analyse, Priorisierung und Behebung von Incidents sowie Durchführung von Fehler- und Ursachenanalysen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Absicherung von Releases, Patches und Deployments einschließlich Rollback-Management
  • Verwaltung von Berechtigungen, Applikationskonten sowie Konfigurations- und Umgebungsmanagement
  • Pflege technischer Betriebsdokumentationen, Root-Cause-Analysen und Systemdokumentationen
  • Automatisierung und Optimierung von Betriebsprozessen mittels Skripting, Container- und CI/CD-Technologien

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Administration und dem Betrieb von Applikationen erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Linux-Umgebungen, Datenbanken, Deployment-Prozessen und ITIL-orientierten Betriebsmodellen
  • Erfahrung im Incident-, Problem-, Release- und Konfigurationsmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Puppet sowie Bash-Scripting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Docker, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Git-basierten CI/CD-Pipelines, Monitoring-Lösungen sowie idealerweise Broadcom AWA
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
