The energy industry is entering a period of significant change.
As organisations balance project schedules, workforce availability, skills shortages, international mobility requirements and increasing delivery expectations, many are facing new challenges in how projects are planned, resourced and executed.
To better understand these trends, Brunel is conducting a global Energy Industry Trends Survey, gathering perspectives from professionals working across the energy sector.
Whether you're involved in project management, engineering, operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, global mobility, procurement or executive leadership, your insight can help build a clearer picture of the opportunities and challenges shaping the industry today.

As a thank you for taking part, participants can choose to enter a prize draw to win a €500 Amazon voucher, or the equivalent value in local currency where available.
Entry is simple. At the end of the survey, you'll have the option to provide your email address for prize draw entry.
Participation in the prize draw is entirely optional and does not affect your survey response.

This survey is an opportunity to hear directly from the professionals working across the sector and better understand the challenges, opportunities and trends influencing the industry today.
The insights gathered will help shape future industry discussions and contribute to Brunel's ongoing understanding of the market.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Brunel International N.V. and its affiliated entities operating within Europe and Africa ("Brunel").
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to industry professionals aged 18 years or over who complete the Brunel Industry Trends Survey during the promotional period.
Employees of Brunel, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Participants must be residents of a country where participation in such prize draws is legally permitted. Brunel reserves the right to exclude participants from jurisdictions where prize promotions are restricted, regulated, or require registration where compliance would present a disproportionate administrative burden.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation in the prize draw complies with their employer’s internal policies regarding gifts, incentives, and conflicts of interest.
Brunel reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request evidence of professional affiliation where reasonably necessary.
3. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens on 03/07/2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT/BST) on 30/08/2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
4. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:
Complete the Brunel Industry Trends Survey during the promotional period; and
Provide a valid email address in the designated prize draw entry field.
Participation is free. No payment, purchase, or contractual relationship with Brunel is required to enter or win.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
Providing an email address for prize draw administration does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications from Brunel.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a €500 Amazon gift card or, where Amazon gift cards are unavailable or restricted in the winner's country of residence, an alternative gift card of equivalent approximate value determined by Brunel, subject to local availability and legal requirements.
No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Brunel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
Any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Brunel shall have no obligation to increase the value of the prize to account for any currency fluctuations, availability constraints, transaction costs or other factors. Any alternative prize or local equivalent shall be determined at Brunel’s sole discretion and shall not exceed the approximate value of the stated prize.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the survey closing date.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided for the purpose of prize draw administration.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days after notification, or is unable to accept the prize, Brunel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Survey Findings and Marketing Communications
Participants may separately choose to provide an email address to receive an advance summary of the survey findings and future communications from Brunel.
Providing an email address for this purpose is entirely optional and is not required to enter the prize draw.

Event invitations
Service updates
Other relevant marketing communications
Participants may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
9. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the survey and prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), and other applicable local laws.
Survey responses may be analysed and reported only in aggregated and anonymised form.
Email addresses collected for prize draw administration will be used solely for administering the prize draw and retained only for as long as necessary for this purpose and to meet legal obligations.
Email addresses provided for receiving survey findings and marketing communications will be processed based on the participant’s consent.

10. Publicity
Where permitted by applicable law, Brunel may publish limited details of the winner (such as first name, company, and country of residence) for the purpose of administering the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge that such information may be published.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brunel shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Disqualification
Brunel reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry is fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. Sanctions and Compliance
Brunel reserves the right to withhold or cancel the award of a prize where doing so would breach applicable laws or regulations, including international sanctions.
14. General
Brunel reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This promotion is not directed at jurisdictions where local permits or approvals are required unless such approvals have been obtained.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory local laws that may apply. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
