Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Water Well Driller to drill, install, and service water bores across remote sites in Western Australia. Working FIFO from Perth, you'll operate modern drilling equipment and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with the copanies strong safety culture.

What are you going to do 

  • Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment to install water bores to required specifications
  • Conduct pre-start checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of drilling equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
  • Collect and record drilling data accurately
  • Supervise and mentor offsiders, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Liaise with clients and site supervisors to meet project requirements

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Must have Water Well experience
  • Experience with Dual Rotary or Dual Tube Flooded Reverse methods
  • Can drive manual vehicles (Essential)
  • HR License (Essential)
  • Water Well License
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to provide an Australian National Police Clearance (within the last six months).
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including a Drug and Alcohol Screen
