Introduction

On behalf of our client - Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Travel Coordinator to join the Project Logistics Team - you will play a key role in implementing and advising the business on travel operations and coordinating travel. This will be a contract role located at their Corporate Perth CBD premises.

What are you going to do 

  • Accurate cost allocation and contract payment data
  • Assist with project mobilisation start ups
  • Coordinate end to end aviation and travel services
  • Work closely with the Corporate Travel and Aviation Teams
  • Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support and manage their offshore travel requirements
  • Report on travellers' compliance to the standard and guidelines
  • Provide training to stakeholders in the use of the Client's Aviation Systems
  • Manage inboxes to ensure timely response back to the business
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management
  • Good problem-solving skills including an ability to manage personal experience and group dynamics to deliver best outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of travel, efficiently book flights, accommodation, care hire and other travel components
  • Proficient in using Online Booking Tools
  • A passion for travel delivering outstanding customer service
  • Understanding of accounting and invoicing processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
