Introduction

As a Technical Trainer, you help engineers and technicians worldwide develop the skills needed to operate and maintain advanced automated systems. You combine hands-on technology with modern learning methods such as e-learning, simulations and digital training tools. This role gives you the opportunity to grow from a technical specialist into a trainer and knowledge expert within an international high-tech environment.

What are you going to do 

  • Develop, deliver and improve technical training programs focused on maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of automated systems.
  • Use modern learning technologies such as e-learning, digital platforms and AR/VR solutions to create engaging and effective training experiences.
  • Work closely with engineering, R&D, project and service teams to keep training materials technically accurate and up to date.
  • Assess technical knowledge levels within service teams and customer organizations and identify opportunities for further development and training improvement.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A bachelor's or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical role such as field service engineering, maintenance, automotive, industrial automation or high-tech engineering.
  • Experience or interest in digital learning technologies such as e-learning or interactive training systems is a plus.
  • A practical mindset with strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 35% of the time.
