Introduction

This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What are you going to do

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
Ensure optimal inventory management and demand planning to support business continuity.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the Life Sciences industry.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-10 years of Supply Chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
