Introduction

A procurement leader to drive operational excellence, optimize procurement processes, and lead high-performing teams within a dynamic multinational environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering procurement strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with regional stakeholders.

What are you going to doย 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement processes.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Oversee sourcing activities, tender management, contract execution, and supplier performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, systems, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, HSSE requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and provide regular performance reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team to foster a high-performance culture.

Essential skills and knowledgeย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience within the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, chemical, or other industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement operations, contract management, supplier relationship management, and procurement governance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working within a regional and multicultural environment is highly desirable.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
