What are you going to do 

  • Supervise day to day landscaping activities across infrastructure sites
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Deliver soft and hard landscaping packages in line with drawings and specifications
  • Manage ground preparation, soil conditioning and environmental controls
  • Ensure compliance with project environmental management plans and erosion/sediment controls
  • Conduct site pre-starts and toolbox talks
  • Monitor quality of works and ensure defects are minimised
  • Track daily productivity and report progress to the Project Manager
  • Liaise with civil supervisors to coordinate access, sequencing and handover areas
  • Maintain strong safety standards across all landscaping activities

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in landscaping and/or civil works (ideally in commercial or infrastructure projects).
  • Strong leadership skills - you know how to keep a team motivated and productive.
  • A solid understanding of site safety, machinery, and construction processes.
  • A proactive, problem solving mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Drivers' license (a must)

The salary bracket depending on experience is $110,000 - $130,000 + super + veichle and everything else you will require to suceed in the position.
