What are you going to do

We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of high-voltage, low-voltage, and control equipment on large-scale data centre projects. This is a fully on-site role, managing teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver mission-critical infrastructure safely and efficiently.

Lead on-site installation of HV, LV, and control systems from delivery to commissioning
Manage and mentor on-site teams, including Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure site readiness, logistics, and strict safety compliance
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and fault resolution to maintain high standards
Troubleshoot technical challenges and solve problems in real time
Coordinate directly with contractors, engineers, and global technical teams

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as a Site Manager on electrical or data centre projects
Strong hands-on knowledge of HV/LV systems and control equipment
Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, live site environment
Safety-first approach with experience managing EHS on site
Electrical license highly regarded
