What are you going to do 

We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of high-voltage, low-voltage, and control equipment on large-scale data centre projects. This is a fully on-site role, managing teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver mission-critical infrastructure safely and efficiently.

  • Lead on-site installation of HV, LV, and control systems from delivery to commissioning

  • Manage and mentor on-site teams, including Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Ensure site readiness, logistics, and strict safety compliance

  • Conduct inspections, quality checks, and fault resolution to maintain high standards

  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and solve problems in real time

  • Coordinate directly with contractors, engineers, and global technical teams

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on electrical or data centre projects

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of HV/LV systems and control equipment

  • Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, live site environment

  • Safety-first approach with experience managing EHS on site

  • Electrical license highly regarded
