What are you going to do 

The Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, the successful candidate will assist in planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and programming
  • Prepare and review RFIs, variations, and project documentation
  • Monitor quality assurance and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Conduct site inspections and manage daily site activities
  • Track project progress and contribute to cost control
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in civil construction (subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects preferred)
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
