Introduction

The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors.

What are you going to do 

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration for our projects.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions; and resolving any contract-related issues that may arise.
  • Working closely with project managers, legal teams, and clients to ensure that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite
