Introduction

As a Junior Contract Administrator, will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, and management of contracts for various projects. Will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, as well as provide support in resolving any contract-related issues. Additionally, will assist in maintaining accurate contract records and documentation.

What are you going to do 

  • Responsible for assisting with the administration of various contracts within the company.
  • Supporting the contract management team in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all contract-related activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate contract processes, maintain documentation, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and align with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and decisions related to contracts.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, legal, finance, procurement) and vendors to gather necessary documentation.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Prior experience in contract administration or related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
