We’re hiring Sales Engineer for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Navi Mumbai.

What are you going to do 

  • Position: Sales Engineer;
  • YOE: 1 to 6 Years;
  • Contract: Permanant Role;
  • Location: Navi Mumbai.

Essential skills and knowledge 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years of experience with a degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics) OR relevant combination of education and 3-5 years of sales work experience required;

Sales of Drilling Instrumentation system a big plus;

Experience in AutoCAD is highly preferred.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Basic AutoCAD skills;
  • Willing to be the champion for business growth;
  • Willing to overcome roadblocks and challenges to deliver strategic objectives;
  • Able to present and communicate professionally;
  • Able to build relationships and trust with customers and support network;
  • Retains sales forecast and Sales Strategy development to achieve plan. The candidate is expected to continuously drive the development of sales plans to support adding value and developing customer intimacy;
  • Maintains a strong working relationship with key personnel with key accounts. The candidate will use these relationships to support sales and services initiatives, benchmark and monitor Sales Group performance, and develop new and innovative ideas.
