What are you going to do 

Participate in the procurement and manufacturing process of static equipment, such as Pressure Vessels, Atmospheric Tanks, Heat Exchangers, etc, from RFQ to shipment, handling any quality issues (TBE, PO, KOM, PIM, Manufacturing, In-progress Inspection, Pressure Test, FAT, Final Inspection, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  1. To become familiar with the company's requirements
  2. Participate in various meetings with the Vendor/Company to ensure that the vendor knows the company's quality requirements.
  3. Attend KOM and prepare the quality section of the KOM slide.
  4. Review and comment on vendor documents (ITP, MPS, FAT procedure, report, etc.)
  5. Communicate with the vendor/COMPANY regarding controversial comments or feedback, and raise a clarification meeting if necessary.
  6. Make every effort to ensure PIM is held as scheduled.[rl1]
  7. Organize PIM meeting as host
  8. Verify NOI readiness and forward to the TPC coordinator for vendor inspection
  9. Review and comment TPC inspection report
  10. Issue NCR if discrepancies are identified and expedite the vendor's resolution proposal / RCA(If necessary) within 3 working days of receiving NCR from the vendor.
  11. Review the manufacturer's record book / As-built dossier.

Requirements

  1. Shall have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
  2. Shall have 8 years’ experience directly relating to the inspection/execution of manufacturing activities.
  3. Shall have knowledge and understanding of ISO-9001 quality system requirements and implementation.
  4. Shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes required by the purchase order, such as ASME II / V / VIII / IX, etc.
  5. Shall have CSWIP3.1 or AWS-CWI or IWE and NDT qualification
  6. Given the nature of this role, which involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking internal and external stakeholders based overseas, proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
