What are you going to do 

Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, consultants and clients, you will be responsible for driving projects from commencement through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead the planning, programming and delivery of major construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts and commercial outcomes.
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive programme, safety, quality and risk management outcomes.
  • Oversee procurement and contract administration activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and on schedule.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 6 years' experience as a Project Manager with a commercial head contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering new-build commercial construction projects valued at $50M+.
  • Strong background managing projects through the full construction lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, programmes and commercial outcomes.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
