What are you going to do 

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will initially lead the delivery of a $40M education project in Brisbane, taking full responsibility for programme, budget, stakeholder management and project outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a builder with a strong pipeline of future education and commercial projects.

  • Manage the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
  • Lead project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
  • Drive programme, safety and quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee procurement and contract administration processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a New Build Project Manager with a commercial head contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering education projects valued at $20M+.
  • Strong understanding of live school environments and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, programmes and teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
