What are you going to do

Deliver subdivision works to program, budget, and quality targets
Provide engineering support across earthworks, services, and pavements
Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
Manage project documentation and reporting
Monitor costs, variations, and forecasting
Ensure WHS, environmental, and quality compliance

Essential skills and knowledge

A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Experience as a Project Engineer (or strong Site Engineer ready to step up) in civil construction
Solid understanding of earthworks, roadworks, and bulk infrastructure projects - Ideally delivering subdivison works
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
