We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support compliance and internal audit activities. This role involves organizing documents, assisting with audits, and making sure the company follows its internal rules and government regulations. Indonesia passport required.

What are you going to doΒ 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep compliance and audit documents organized and up to date
  • Review and check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Assist in internal audits and help follow up on action items
  • Make sure company procedures are followed correctly
  • Check documents and data for accuracy and completeness
  • Collect and prepare information needed from different departments
  • Create simple reports or logs related to compliance and audits
  • Help update internal policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Handle basic admin tasks like scheduling, filing, and document tracking
  • Support the team in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure

Essential skills and knowledgeΒ 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, or Administration is a plus)
  • Some experience in compliance, internal audit, or administration is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills
  • Able to follow procedures consistently and stay focused despite interruptions
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Willing to learn and able to work well under pressure
  • Willing to work from the office (Monday to Friday).
  • Open to traveling around Java (around once every two months).
