We are currently seeking Procurement Package Managers to support a range of specialized equipment and material packages listed below. These roles will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, commercial requirements, and timely delivery.
Given the diversity and technical complexity of these packages, dedicated expertise is required for each category to ensure effective supplier management, risk mitigation, and seamless coordination across project stakeholders.

- Valve Packages – Shutdown Valves, Control Valves (General Service), Safety/Relief Valves
- Industrial Valves – Ball Valves, Non-ball Valves, Check Valves
- Specialty Valves – DBB Valves, SBB Valves, Copper Valves, Nickel Valves, Titanium Valves
- Pipeline Equipment – Pig Launching and Receiving Traps
- Structural and Material Packages – Plates, Clad Pipe, Helideck, Bearings
- Cranes & Material Handling – Pedestal Cranes, Overhead Travelling Cranes, Material Handling Equipment
- Mechanical Equipment – Hot Water Calorifier and Circulation Pump
- Heat Exchangers – Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers
Each Procurement Package Manager will act as the primary focal point for their assigned package, ensuring robust procurement execution aligned with project objectives.
Responsibility:
- Manage complete procurement cycle for assigned packages from enquiry (RFQ) issuance to purchase order (PO) award and post-award management.
- Develop and maintain procurement strategy, sourcing plan, and package tracking register in coordination with project teams.
- Liaise with engineering, quality, expediting, and logistics teams to ensure technical, commercial, and delivery requirements are met.
- Prepare commercial bid tabulations, lead negotiations with vendors, and make award recommendations for management approval.
- Review and manage supplier documentation, manufacturing progress, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with expeditors and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to site or fabrication yard.
- Manage change orders, deviations, and claims in collaboration with contracts and project control teams.
- Ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, company policies, and client requirements.
- Participate in regular project review meetings and report procurement status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.
