Introduction

You will act as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead business development and client relationship management within the Mining market. Undertake and manage specific operational activities with support of operation team in project delivery.

What are you going to do 

  • Contribute to the domestic and global conversation, by actively participating in industry groups, conferences and webinars.
  • Work proactively with local/global BD and Operations teams to develop business and close deal.
  • Actively manage Sales pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of progress and traction.
  • Undertake specific operational/project management work in support of mining projects.
  • Work proactively with the marketing team to generate sales materials and collateral
  • Support upskilling of Mining knowledge within the business through discussion, presentation and projects.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, Code of Ethics.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering related discipline (Mechanical / Chemical).
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior role within mining value chain.
  • Experience in mining or related industries is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and Chinese Language skill.
  • Comfortable in a changing, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
