Introduction

You will report to CEO and be responsible for defining and leading the company's worldwide marketing strategy and brand vision. Integrate marketing resources across all regions (China, APAC, US and Europe) and be accountable for advancing the global brand upgrade, generating demand, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring the company widely recognized and adopted by biopharmaceutical and life sciences customers worldwide. It's a replacement role and the current team size is around 50 staff.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead the definition of the company's global brand positioning, narrative, and long-term vision.
  • Provide strategic direction and approve localized execution plans for regional teams.
  • Evaluate and prioritize market entry and expansion opportunities worldwide (including emerging markets), developing corresponding market-entry and growth plans.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for core product lines and solutions on a global scale, ensuring resources are focused on high-growth therapeutic areas and clinical workflows.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key media outlets, industry associations, government bodies, and strategic potential clients.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Master's degree or above in Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine, Biology, or related background.
  • 12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in life sciences, biopharma, or related high-tech B2B industries, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional marketing leadership role.
  • Proven experience successfully managing large, complex matrix teams in a multinational corporation.
  • Deep understanding of global biopharmaceutical R&D, CMC processes, and the drug development lifecycle.
