What are you going to do 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a greenfield IT project, from initiation to deployment and user adoption
  • Establish and drive project governance, delivery framework, and reporting cadence
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain key project artefacts such as RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, ensuring iterative and value-driven outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and designers to deliver project objectives
  • Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across technology, data, vendors, and operations
  • Ensure smooth system integration and interdependencies management across platforms
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Work closely with product owners to align business needs with delivery outcomes
  • Manage vendor performance, including KPIs, timelines, and escalation pathways

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing end-to-end IT / digital projects
  • Proven experience in delivering greenfield or system transformation projects
  • Strong hands-on experience in Agile environments (must have conducted agile workshops)
  • Solid track record in managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality with structured governance
  • Experience working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Experience in commodities, trading, or energy industry is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability
  • Proven leadership capability in driving high-performance teams (without direct reports)
  • Able to manage ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and competing priorities
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
