What are you going to do 

We are supporting a leading O&G Energy operator on a major O&G project and are currently looking for an experienced Information Management System Admin to join their Singapore-based team.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing Completion Management Systems (CMS) who can contribute immediately in a project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain completion management systems to support project execution
  • Manage mechanical completion and system data ensuring accuracy, integrity, and readiness
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams on data requirements
  • Support system setup, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure timely data updates in line with project milestones and requirements

Key Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an IM System Admin / IM Engineer / MC Admin
  2. Hands-on experience with completion management systems such as:
  • Lucy (preferred)
  • WinPCS / WinPCS Classic
  • GoTech
  • Semic or equivalent CMS platforms
  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or large-scale EPC projects
  2. Strong understanding of mechanical completion and IM workflows
  3. Candidates with prior document control background are welcome only if they have transitioned into IM/CMS roles
