Introduction

Brunel is urgently seeking experienced Hydraulic Fracturing (Frac) professionals for an upcoming Darwin, NT mobilisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading energy services operation supporting major stimulation and well intervention activities, with FIFO available from major Australian capital cities. We are seeking candidates with hands-on frac experience who can mobilise at short notice.

What are you going to do 

We are currently seeking experienced Frac Crew personnel for an urgent campaign based in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Positions may include:

  • Frac Equipment Operators
  • Pump Operators
  • Frac Supervisors
  • Crew Leaders
  • Service Leaders
  • Stimulation Personnel

Key Responsibilities

  • Support hydraulic fracturing and stimulation operations.
  • Operate high-pressure pumping and associated frac equipment.
  • Perform rig-up and rig-down activities.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Handle chemicals and materials in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with site HSE requirements.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing field operations team.

Essential skills and knowledge 

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • Previous Hydraulic Fracturing (Frac) experience
  • Exposure to stimulation, pumping or well intervention operations
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to operational excellence
  • Ability to work in remote FIFO environments
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Current tickets and licences relevant to oil & gas operations
  • Availability to mobilise at short notice highly regarded
