Introduction

What are you going to do 

As a Fabrication QHSE Advisor specializing in windfarm projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices throughout the fabrication process. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, monitoring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to project teams to promote a culture of safety and quality excellence.

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication QHSE roles, preferably within the windfarm industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Certification in relevant QHSE standards (e.g., ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001)
