It's that time of year again! Our insurance builders are gearing up for a busy season, and many of our clients in the insurance and restoration space are experiencing a surge in workload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and stable team, with strong systems and processes already in place, you'll be set up for success from day one.

What are you going to do

Prepare accurate estimates for insurance-related residential and commercial repair and rebuild projects
Liaise with loss adjusters, supervisors, and trades to clarify scope and cost details
Use estimating software to compile detailed and timely cost breakdowns
Review drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing
Manage variations, updates, and re-costing as required throughout the project lifecycle
Support the delivery team to ensure projects align with approved budgets

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as an Estimator within the insurance or commercial construction sector
Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and cost structures
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Proficiency in estimating software
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
Must be located in North Brisbane area only
