Introduction

Brunel has partnered with a well-established Queensland-based builder and insurance repair specialist to recruit a Commercial Site Supervisor. Our client is a respected commercial builder with a proven track record in delivering high-quality fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects across Queensland and Northern NSW. They are known for their hands-on approach, supportive culture, and a consistent pipeline of diverse, high-value projects.

What are you going to do 

You'll lead and manage day-to-day site delivery for commercial and strata repair projects, ensuring programs are delivered safely, on time, and to budget. The business specialises in fast-response repair and restoration projects following storm, flood, or fire events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and trades

  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards

  • Manage daily programs, inspections, and site reporting

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and consultants

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven site supervision experience in commercial or repair-style projects

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Trade background (carpentry/fitout) or equivalent construction qualification

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, variable workload environment

What we offer

  • Work across Brisbane only.
  • Monday to Friday work week.
  • Up to $160k + Super + Car - Depending on experience.
