Introduction

What are you going to do 

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician III to support electrical maintenance activities at an oil and gas facility. This position is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical isolation (LOTO), troubleshooting, and supporting safe and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment

* Support electrical isolation activities following Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures

* Maintain and repair lighting systems, air conditioning equipment, and electric motors

* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed

* Support plant modifications following Management of Change (MOC) procedures

* Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce costs, and increase reliability

* Promote and maintain high Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) standards

* Report safe and unsafe conditions using Observation Safety Techniques (OST)

* Participate in waste management and environmental compliance initiatives

* Attend daily operations and maintenance meetings

* Agency provided company truck

* On call rotation required for nights and weekends

Essential skills and knowledge 

* Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role

* Oil and gas industry experience preferred

* Relevant electrical certification or equivalent hands on experience

* Experience performing Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures

* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices

* Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and recommend corrective actions

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
