What are you going to do 

This role goes beyond coordination, you'll be managing expectations, presenting plans and pricing, and ensuring every client feels informed, confident, and excited about their journey.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-contract process
  • Managing high-volume client communication via phone and email
  • Liaising with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, and Design teams to keep everything moving
  • Preparing clients for key milestones, including presentations and selections
  • Delivering or supporting face-to-face presentations of plans, pricing, and contracts
  • Driving contracts through to signing, your work directly impacts monthly results
  • Maintaining a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in residential construction, pre-contracts, sales coordination, or project administration
  • Strong understanding of the home building or construction process
  • A confident communicator who can build rapport and manage expectations
  • Someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and thrives under pressure
  • A natural presenter, comfortable explaining plans, pricing, and technical details
  • A results-driven mindset, motivated by achieving targets and delivering outcomes
