Introduction

What are you going to do 

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll manage the commercial side of your projects, overseeing contracts, variations and costs while working closely with the Project and Site Teams to keep everything on track.

  • Manage head contracts and subcontracts throughout the project
  • Prepare and administer variations, EOTs, claims and payments
  • Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasts
  • Manage RFIs, notices and contractual correspondence
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
  • Work closely with the PM and Site Team to keep projects on track
  • Support reporting, cost control and project close-out

Essential skills and knowledge 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
  • Experience across new-build, fitout, modular or similar projects
  • Strong understanding of contracts, variations, claims and cost management
  • Confident working with subcontractors, consultants and project teams
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career with a great team
