Purpose
The Construction Integration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the integration of all construction activities to ensure that work processes align efficiently and effectively. This role ensures compliance with project HSSE, Quality, and schedule requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary construction efforts.
Job Description
- Supervise construction teams to ensure high‑quality work is delivered on schedule and in accordance with HSSE and Quality standards.
- Monitor construction activities and provide training where required.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, materials, and worksites.
- Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with vendors, inspectors, managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant parties.
- Collaborate closely with architects and other technical professionals to ensure seamless integration of construction activities.
- Stay updated on safety codes, regulations, and industry advancements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role, with strong understanding of construction and commissioning management processes within the relevant discipline.
- Ability to Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documentation
