Introduction

We are seeking an experienced CFO who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, tax and compliance. In addition to core finance responsibilities, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting the company's business expansion. You will report to CEO and work closely with Leadership Team, lead and develop an existing finance team.

What are you going to do 

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and etc.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth and risk management.
  • Responsible for cross-border tax planning and tax structure.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard business operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with key external stakeholders and group leadership to align financial objectives with broader business goals.
  • Drive financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and investor communications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Maintain high standards of reporting quality and transparency
  • Finance team management and development.
  • Other responsibilities CEO assigned.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • No more than 15 years of working experience, which includes 2+ years as a CFO in domestic public listed company.
  • Renewable industry (Solar, BESS, Battery and others) or related experience is preferred.
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and stress tolerance in dynamic business environments.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
