Introduction

Brunel is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst (with a focus on benefits) to work on a contract with one of our clients in the oil and gas sector! The work schedule will be 40 hours per week, on-site, located in their Rio de Janeiro (RJ) office.

What are you going to do 

  • Operational and transactional management of benefits, including medical and dental assistance, meal vouchers, food vouchers, transportation vouchers, mobility cards, Christmas cards, parking, private pension plans, life insurance, childcare/babysitting assistance, Wellhub, PAE (Performance Assessment and Employment), pharmacy assistance, loyalty awards, executive check-ups, and financial programs.
  • Administration of registrations and movements (admissions, terminations, promotions, transfers, dependents, and enrollments) in payroll systems (ADP) and supplier platforms, ensuring data consistency and compliance.
  • Financial management of benefits, including requesting, controlling, and settling credit grants, payroll deductions and discounts, proportional calculations, adjustments according to collective bargaining agreements, retroactive payments, and sending accounting cost reports to the finance area.
  • Interface with suppliers, finance, HRBPs, and stakeholders, ensuring information alignment, meeting deadlines, process communication, and resolution of operational inconsistencies.
  • Analysis, control, and monitoring of operational indicators, ensuring quality, traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits processes.
  • Providing advisory support to the HR team and employees, addressing questions, exceptions, and specific needs related to benefits.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Solid experience (senior level) in benefits administration.
  • Proven experience with ADP payroll.
  • Experience with high-volume HR transactional processes.
  • Knowledge of interfacing with benefits providers.
  • Strong command of operational controls, reports, and indicators.
  • Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and their impact on benefits.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (control spreadsheets, consolidations, and reports).
  • Organized, analytical profile, with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines.
  • Ability to work with multiple benefits simultaneously.
