Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Technical Assistance Manager in the Operations Department. This is a contract role based in Illizi, Algeria, set to start immediately with a duration of 12 months, subject to renewal. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and ensuring stringent compliance with HSE policies across all subcontracting entities.
About this role
- Oversee and ensure all subcontracting companies implement compliant HSE policies.
- Maintain and update essential documentation such as PID, operating manuals, and procedures.
- Optimize process settings to maximize output and ensure product quality meets contractual obligations.
- Liaise with official entities regarding operational data that impacts the flow rates of shipped dry gas.
- Ensure safe operations through both curative and preventive measures at the production center.
- Participate actively in developing and enhancing the entity's safety culture.
- Maintain high availability and reliability of installations by coordinating various departmental activities.
Is this you?
- A minimum of an Academic Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles within relevant sectors.
- Ensure strict adherence and implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all operational activities.
- Regular updating of critical operational documents to uphold organizational standards.: Enhance processes to

- Operational experience in large scale gas fields
