About this role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential and commercial buildings. You'll take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, acting as the key liaison between all stakeholders and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to an impeccable standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple residential and commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project scope and timelines
  • Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address challenges proactively
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Uphold high standards of safety, compliance, and architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle

Is this you?

  • 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in residential and/or commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success in delivering architecturally designed homes and bespoke commercial builds
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for high-quality construction
  • Relevant construction management qualifications required
