What are you going to do 

Responsibilities

* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.

* Service and repair machinery such as conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, depalletizes, and labelers.

* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with minimal supervision.

* Support operators during equipment malfunctions and collaborate to implement solutions.

* Maintain and repair PLC systems and associated hardware.

* Participate in team training and knowledge sharing to enhance technical capabilities.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and company policies.

* Complete other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

* High School Diploma required; technical certification or trade license is an asset.

* Hands-on experience with blow molding and Tetra Pak equipment preferred.

* Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; electromechanical knowledge is an asset.

* Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

* Comfortable using production tracking systems (e.g., Redzone).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

* Must be comfortable with shift schedule,12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
